4. Motions arising from the President’s Report:
MOTION a) That the AEPSA Scholarship and Bursary Trust be established to raise funds and distribute scholarships and bursaries for adult education students in school district adult education programs.

MOTION b) That the Executive Committee appoint up to 4 trustees from among the membership and other interested parties, to the AEPSA Scholarship and Bursary Trust.

MOTION c) That the Treasurer and Past President of AEPSA act as both Chairpersons of the AEPSA Scholarship and Bursary Trust Committee and liason persons to the AEPSA Executive Committee.

MOTION 1) That the AEPSA grant an honourary life membership to Victor Guenther, Past President.

MOTION 2) That the AEPSA request that the BCTF hold an issues session to focus on the Provincial Foundations curriculum and that the sessions be held after the Ministry of Education releases the official Foundations curriculum.
